Foothill has a longstanding yearly event called Science Day (and Night)!  Our 2018 date is March 16th. (after the Santa Clara Valley Science Fair).

You can bring your family to school from 6pm to 8pm for Science Night to see everyone’s science projects and to do science experiments as a family.

We always need PARENT VOLUNTEERS!  We need volunteers to do science projects with classes, and we also need people to help us arrange science classes and to critique student projects.  If you can help, please email us at science_fair@saratogafoothillpta.org.

Science Fair Proposals are due to your teacher on February 9th. Like the last two years, this year you can do a standard science experiment (investigation) or you can create a new design to solve a problem (invention).

You can download SF_Pkt_2018 to get an introduction to this year’s Science Fair, including all of the rules.
