There are several ways to become a member (and to make a donation) to the Saratoga Foothill Elementary PTA. We are a tax-deductible organization with Federal Tax ID # 94-6171942.
1.) The easiest way is to fill out our electronic membership and donation form here. Within three days, you should receive a customized Paypal invoice at your email address.
2.) If you prefer instant gratification, you can visit our PTA WebStore here. You can add members under the membership tab, then click to the annual donation tab for your Annual Programs and Supplies Gift, and any extra donation you’d like to make.

3.) Download the membership form above, print it, write a check to Foothill PTA for the total and return the completed form/check to the PTA Donations box, located in the main office.
OR you can mail it to:

Don’t forget to make the check out to Foothill PTA!
