Our Director of Education, Roberta Zarea, spoke to almost 30 Foothill parents last night at this year’s first General PTA Meeting. She gave an overview of the recent and upcoming changes to California’s educational system, including Common Core, the Next Gen Science Standards, and the Local Control Accountability Plan. She plans to talk about many of these topics in more detail for parents later this year.
